Electric Lineworker Training PDF Print E-mail
Each year, the first two weeks of May witness a migration to Grand Junction, Colorado, of some of the finest power lineman and experts in their field. Converging from some seventeen different states, participants learn new skills and sharpen old ones in order to increase safety and proficiency.

The Mesa Hotline School was formed in 1966 to train rural electric cooperative employees in the art of live line maintenance. Formally incorporated in 1975, the Hotline School now trains over five hundred utility employees from new apprentice linemen to journeymen.

School Dates: May 5-15, 2008 and May 4-14, 2009

Mesa Hotline School Burn Fund
The Mesa Hotline School has set up a burn fund to assist families who have had a loved one receive a serious burn from an electrical contact or fire.
